there is no way your pharmacist is a rude inconsiderate person at the Riverside CT store...been a loyal customer for over 10 years.....that is how they treat loyalty....will be telling my friends and family not to go there..
The girls at the pharmacy didn't want to help customer on phone and the girl who was taking my info took it.. you would think the 2 lazy ones who didnt want to help the person on phone would take over and help the customer she was helping.... "helping my team members my a** they didnt help you but you walk away from someone you were helping so they didnt have to. I feel for person on phone because that makes them look unprofessional.
Clean store with a decent variety of products. Lowest cigarette prices around. Just like their competitor, CVS, prices thru the roof on all non-sale items so watch for the sales--only time you getta break
Location is what keeps this place going. They are very good about keeping the line small. The pharmacy is SLOW and not always competent. High turnover or people who don't get trained well enough in the pharmacy. Last time I was there I watched as the person ahead of me caused a long wait due to the pharmacy having filled prescription but misplacing it. Then on my order they had an issue finding my refill in the system. The actual pharmacist had to solve both issues which makes for very slow filling of medication.
