I had an issue with my medication I got on Saturday 12/7 and I have been trying to get it resolved since then. It is now 12/12. I called corporate and filed a complaint on 12/10 and still haven't been contacted. I'm changing my pharmacy on my next refill. I refuse to be shorted on my Rx and ignored when I try to get it resolved.
You shouldn't have a drive-through if you can't move the process along. It's not even the employees fault. You have one person doing the drive thru, inside, and phones. The pharmacy brings big money in. Staff it properly!!!
At one time ....maybe 2 yrs ago, this store was great......well let me tell you. It sucks now !!! slow employees with attitudes
I'm not really happy with this Walgreens.... I looked on there website for a cream. Your site said yes it was in stock and price was $6.99, but when I got to the store same cream, same size everything... But it was $10.99!!! To me that's just crazy!!!! And YES.... I looked up a Walgreens near me that carried the cream.
I love the ease of being able to pick up a prescription through a drive through. That being said, I had an experience yesterday at the corner of Wellington Crescent and Gratiot. I went to the drive through and sat waiting to pick up my daughters prescription. I was not acknowledged and watched the two techs take inside customers one after another and the three cars in the drive through were ignored.
