Cross Lanes WV..... Customer service is horrible in the pharmacy. It was going to take 24 hours for a prescription to be filled, I had it sent to Kroger’s and literally 10 minutes later it was ready (and cheaper). It is nearly impossible to get someone in the store pharmacy to talk to you on the phone as I called 5 times for 2 hours and was just placed on hold then disconnected (it goes to a call center). Worst pharmacy ever. Save your time and go elsewhere.
