The gal had me come back for my prescriptions and when I got there was told it was on back order till the 18th. She also said I could try other pharmacies to see if they have it. She also said she could get hold of the doctor to see if they would order something else. They would call me and let me know. That was at 1 pm Friday. And still I have heard nothing. This is not the way to run a business.
Used to be a great pharmacy. Now awful. They act like you are inconveniencing them. Lectured me on why it's my fault that they lost my prescription because my dr faxed it in and did not use their system. One REALLY RUDE girl that works at pharmacy with a mustache and one old woman that is equally rude ruin what is otherwise a nice staff. I'm not going back.
They said my rx would be ready in 45 min but it took an hour and a half. The girl in the pharmacy was not friendly and acted like her dealing with me was a huge inconvenience. Which is how she always is. Such bullshit.
Back in May I went to the local Walgreens here in Leavenworth, KS. As I approached the store I noticed the handgun in the red circle with a line through it. Being a law abiding concealed carry permit holder, I did not enter the store. I got back in my car and went across the street to CVS. went home and contacted Walgreens by e-mail through their website. The response I got does not surprise me at all--NONE!
