saying my prescription was ready then i get there and lady says workerscomp didnt answer the phone i need to pay in full when i specified it was workers comp when i left prescription, now its saturday afternoon no meds for the rest of the weekend with an opened wound! i guess yall didnt care next time call customer to explain situation! no wonder nurse recommended CVS never going back to any walgreens
Pharmacy is incredibly slow and non responsive. I understand y'all are understaffed and juggling multiple customers, but to not acknowledge those waiting in line is frustrating. You'll sit there for 15 minutes about 3 feet away from them with no single acknowledgment as if you don't exist while they assist another customer the entire time. The customer service aspect of the pharmacy feels broken and I don't know a better way to describe it.
I go here daily to drop off FEDEX. The pharmacy is great and I switched over from CVS.
