3/4 times coming here my prescription was either incorrect or they claimed they couldn’t find my name in the system after placing an order online. Extremely frustrating

A very clean well maintained store with great employees and manager. The pharmacy is very good and they will help you out
I stopped by today at 9:45 and asked that my prescription be rushed, because my wife just got done having a procedure. They quoted me 30-45 minutes. When I showed back up, they told me "we could not verify the signature" and had to send it back to the doctor to verify the sig, and quoted me 2-3 hours. Then rep then had the pharmacist take over, and he looked at me as if I was forging as signature. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional pharmacy in my life. This pharmacy is always understaffed. Today I went and waited and waited and waited while the tech was checking in medications. So a live person standing there is less important than paperwork. Drive thru cars keep getting processed. I work in healthcare, I know it is non-stop. There has to be a better way. Better attitudes among the pharmacy techs would help.
