wrong dosage, rude, slowest service ever etc
Sat on hold for 2 hours on 2 phones and was hung up on all 4 times trying to refill my prescription and had to ask the pharmacist if I could refill one a week early. I was even on hold with the store general number for 30 minutes trying to talk to anyone in the store. Called my doctor and moved my prescriptions.
I work there! We have great customer service and I work with a bunch of great people!!
They followed me around very close. Just because I'm a teenager doesn't mean i'm going to steal!
Never coming here again for prescriptions. Only two people working on a Saturday morning. Unreal.
