CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD!! 3 times told my prescription was ready for pick up. Drove a ways in horrid traffic just to find out have to come back after 4 the next day. REALLY?? There is a RiteAid 1/2 mile away from me. Was told Walgreens had great service, better prices. You need to send your employees to a customer service class. Maybe just tell them to smile once in awhile and to appear to appreciate their customers. You lost another one!!!
I was very upset that one of my prescriptions that I used to get at Fred meyers and now HAVE to get at Walgreens went from $21 at Fred Meyers to $52 at Walgreens. $30 more. Wow.
