The service is horrible especially in the Pharmacy. With snowbirds back they should hire more help. I have waited over thirty minutes and still waiting to just pick up a prescription.
I have now been on hold for 40 minutes and not one single person has picked up and said anything. They just keep pressing hold.
I always find what I need in the store, the staff is friendly and love their sales :D
Every time I go in to this location they are under staffed , it seems as though people from other parts of the store are sometimes called back to help but are not properly trained. There are very obvious staffing issues with this pharmacy, I will be pulling all my script out and sending to CVS.
I know that they must work very hard however it seems to be understaffed. The drive thru is very time consuming. Not sure if there are peak times but it should be staffed accordingly for those times.
After 40 minutes on hold I finally hung up. Sad because I really need the med for my son.i only wanted to know why I have to wait til tomorrow . I have used this walgreens for decades. I sure miss Kathy .
