I have never seen so much incompetence in my life ! No one gives you the same answer. I have complained numerous times to corporate and my insurance company. Found out today they have a new pharmacy manger. You might think that would mean improvements coming. Nope ! Not only do I have a chronic illness that requires pain meds guess a prescription from my doctor isn't good enough. New manager wants to verify with every doctor that they prescribed the pain meds. I my wife and son take our refill at Walgreens Beaumont and I can honestly profess they people there are very helpful, respectful they serve customers with smile on their face. They are. definitely doing a great job. Kudos to WALLGREENS.
My wife and I went to the drive up pharmacy today and there were 3 cars ahead of us. The car directly ahead of us had been in the line for 90 minutes. She waited at the window when it was her turn for 25 minutes. My wife and I were in that line for 57 minutes total before we were finished. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. We will be switching ALL of our needs to rite aid.
People are friendly and very helpful They usually have what you're looking for... This a vice store I give it 5
The manager Fredricks is very unhospitable. She refused to look up a purchase for a refund. Told my husband maybe he should start going to another Walgreens. This was the last straw to her rude behavior we've experienced with her since she was made a manager / supervisor. I'll be contacting the main office to file a complaint.
