I am trying to get my prescriptions filled and I just hung up after sitting on hold for an hour with more than 3 callers ahead of me the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous! I have been a pharmacy customer for over 15 years but I might have to switch to a different pharmacy if this is what they treat their customers like.
