RecommendedMy daughter went to our local Walgreens needing a prescription filled for my granddaughter. It was late in the day. Our Walgreens didn't have the medication in stock. The tech was so helpful. After calling other area Walgreens and not finding any in stock, she then called a rival pharmacy and ask them to fill it right away, even though it was close to closing. I'm grateful for Walgreens putting my granddaughter's health first. Thanks Walgreens!
Clara is the best cashier Walgreen's has ever had! I will drive 30 minutes to have a nice trip to Walgreen's to coupon to have her as my cashier!! For the most part Walgreen's has the shittiest customer service! I dread returning anything to Walgreen's. Their always so rude. She's so sweet. She gets as excited as I do when I coupon. She makes me wanna come see her again and shop! She deserves a raise!!! Or promotion, she's amazing and actually cares! I love her! �
The pharmacy tech I dealt with this morning should research the conditions (scarlet fever vs. rheumatic fever) about which she so rudely (and incorrectly) tried to convince me that I was wrong. When I tried to explain the difference, she argued with me and then referenced a TV show. I feel like there was uncalled for judgement and implication, especially considering that she wasn't correct to begin with.
This Walgreen's has some of the rudest pharmacy techs. Never come here for my own stuff but sometimes for family. Really rarely get good customer service. Heck went in this morning asked a question and got a completely disgusted look and blunt answer. Didn't even offer a solution even after I said strange got it here 1 month ago. Your in retail, learn to control your looks and tone.
I was very pleased this evening with the pharmacy. I had been getting problems with 2 other pharmacies b4 coming here and had waited 4 hours already for my prescription when I had got there. When i arrived frazzled with a unhappy baby they took care of me. They had my info in and prescription out for me with in 5 min!!! Thank you guys for helping me get in and out quickly and taken care of
