They go all out when it comes to finding ways of making the customer save money even if it’s saving money with coupons or anything they can find. They are always there to answer any question for you. Due to the hurricane in Puerto Rico, the medication I take is having a nationwide shortage. I wasn't aware of this complication until I tried to order it a week before I ran out. I would have given this store a 5-star if they had called me back to address it. Instead, I had to call them back today (a full week later) to find out what was going on and by that time, I had only a 3-day supply left and I was freaking out. This pharmacy won't ever admit when they fuck up! Oh you're missing 5 days worth of pills? Must be your own fault cuz we never mess up! I have no choice but to go through this pharmacy from my insurance and there is a reason why I switched pharmacies in the first place and now I have to go back to the same shit ass people who won't take responsibility for their own actions! Nothing but problems at this place and no one will fix it!!
People are generally rude Steve is great same with Jon Amanda their manager is amazing Wendy rocks Jacklin is pretty cool for the most part the rest of them suck and need a lesson on hospitality and customer service skills
