worst pharmacy ever. Was just closed for 4 days straight as no pharmacists showed up. This is not the first time. Also, most clerks can not speak english. I am never going back there & transferring to another pharmacy.
I called at 12:45pm and was told my rx would be ready by 3:30. We went at 7pm and it STILL wasn't ready. We sat in the drive thru and watched her count out the pills right there, had the pharmacist approve it and it was done. MAYBE 10 mins tops. IDK why it took 7 hours to fill a med that took 5 mins..
Huge shout out and Thank you to the pharmacy staff today. My husband was recently released from the hospital with a clot in his lung. The medicine required qas $795 before insurance and $175 after my husband is double insured but it wasnt reflecting. The staff worked for 45 minutes to get the price of tge medicine reduced and I am forever grateful! Thankyou
Today, me and my roommate stopped in for an impromptu shopping trip. We looked like we just woke up and went there, as I'm sure many sick people do. Drive Through at Walgreens waiting 30 minutes for allergen eye drops. Her: "that's $324". Me :"co pay is $25". She researches and I am both Frank Witmer and Frank J. Witmer. "I need to have the pharmacist merge your file". Ok, I get that. And that I need to now come inside so people behind me can get going, and that the computer is now down so no merge, and that I leave my card and say "Call me when it's ready, I am sick of waiting", and it's one hour later now, and I am getting pissed off. :) glad I am not there waiting whi... read more
This store always has the best customer service. It's always clean and nice. This is my favorite drug store. Plus tonight my daughter was selling girl scout cookies there and the manager was great and so staff even better! You just made my family a loyal customer!
