Péssimo atendimento! Pessoal mal-humorado, brigados com a vida.
Never had my medication. Would leave my orders hanging for days. I always ordered my meds a couple days before I ran out so they could order it if they didn't have it but they would just ignore them and when I called they literally told me to call another store and find out if they had it and drive to another city to pick it up. It used to be ok. The staff are great. No wonder they are closing stores with such horrible customer service. I mean, I can't be the only person who uses that medication, and they NEVER had it. Friday May 26th 8:06 pm I stopped at the drive thru to pick up my prescription & a younger gentleman with a royal blue pharmacy tech scrub top on came to the window. Never said hello and was borderline rude. He passed out a clip board for me to complete. I did not realize I had to sign it so he again passed it back and said "sign it". The clipboard fell out of my hands onto the wet pavement as I was trying to reach for the pen. He just looked at me annoyed. He put my meds in the drawer never said anything.
