I called this Walgreens pharmacy 5 min ago and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude, cut me off as I was talking and was raising her voice at me. Such awful service

I have always shopped at Walgreens in Flower Mound, TX because they have the greatest service and so friendly. So I was so shocked to see such horrible service at this store in Lubbock at 82nd and University. I stood waiting for over five minutes and and employee, named Nancy even walked by did not say a word. She then hid behind counter eating something, so I then asked for her to call someone. Then we waited. Finally someone came and then two other employees come out talking and laughing and walked right by and no one said... read more
i love Walgreens. I get my shots, scripts and photos there. It is convenient and the employeess are friendly. It takes care of my needs.
