Humiliating 20 minute wait tonight at the Walgreens pharmacy in Cary- never received a reminder call that I have set up - to tell me they didn’t have my prescription refill. Then when I arrive at the store to get the monthly prescription I have had for several years, the pharmacist could not even come out once of the five times the assistant went back and forth to speak with them. Avoid getting prescriptions at this place....Got to spend nearly 1.5 hrs at this lovely store: 45 mins waiting on a prescription that was supposed to be ready 2.5hrs earlier, and another 30 mins waiting for a manager to void an overcharge on a prescription, which my wife spent an hour on her second of two trips there yesterday- because the techs never updated the insurance and personal info properly. Will not be back.
