After using them for years, I have officially filled my last prescription with them. The past three prescriptions they did not fill when I dropped off, yet 'found' the paper prescription when I stopped by 2 or 3 days later to pick up my medication. Twice this resulted in my child missing out on a daily dose because they did not fill it on time, and had to order. Once is human error, twice is oops we probably need to do better, three or more times is complete negligence.

I just want to let people know about the experience I had today in the pharmacy. The employee I dealt with,Tyler, provided me with the absolute BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Was extremely helpful, went above and beyond the call of duty while I was trying to get prescriptions for my asthmatic kiddos filled. Made a tough day better for sure, even politely answered my questions when I called back to confirm dosages to comp shop a competitor....
