Horrible customer service. Employees don't acknowledge you and then when they do, they're very rude. Will never be coming here again.
After 15 min. trying to use the automated phone reorder system, I waited 5 min to speak to a pharmacy tech and was mad from the phone experience, so I was not cordial to her. And she had no idea of how the phone system doesn't work. If you don't want us to use the phone just say so. Totally frustrating. I finally checked out the online ordering which is a breeze.
I usually find what I am looking for. Somedays line is too long but, it usually it remedied.
