I visited Walgreens at 305 W Rollins Rd on 3/22/20 at about 11:20 pm. I called first to make sure they were there. The recording said the store was locked but the person in the drive thru would get you medical supplies or pet food. PERFECT because my dog needed food. When I got there I rang the buzzer in the drive-through and the person who answered wasn’t even polite enough to come to the window, he answered from a remote location by speaker. I have been to this Walgreens 3 times now in 5 days, and still have been unable to pick up my medication. The first time I waited in a two lane drive up line for over 30min, and they only had one person partly working both lanes. I couldn't get my medication at that time because they had failed to contact my previous pharmacy for the script (as they said they would when I was on the phone, and that i could pick it up the day after next). The Walgreen's pharmacy in Round Lake Beach is a nightmare. They actually couldn't find my prescription.Long lines, won't pick up the phone etc. To avoid all of this I had prescriptions set up to ship to me house but it ended up getting shipped to Arizona. One nightmare after another. Stay away from the location. They don't care either. .

Always have to sit and wait there were aprox 15 people on side waiting to be helped drive thru there was 4 cars ahead of me it took me an hour a complete hour to pick up my Perscription’s why

I was just hang up on by MIKE, the Pharmacist. He was VERY rude, disrespectful & unprofessional. I’ve NEVER been treated so poorly by a company before. He has tarnished the Walgreens Brand! I will be looking elsewhere to take my business. Shame on him!!

Ridiculously overcrowded and always way, way too slow at pharmacy. Doesn't matter if you go inside or wait at the drive thru. It doesn't even matter the time of day. I'm going to finally switch to a different location.

the most ridiculous pharmacy ever. hung up on 5 times in a row. manager told me he would get me a pharmacist and still . nothing wasted over a half an hour trying to get through to someone to help. this store has the worst customer service i have ever seen
