Terrible customer service. Our doctors fax in prescription refills for my wife's test strips for her gestational diabetes. Over an hour later they state they never recieved a fax despite our doctors receiving a confirmation. They try to call in and the pharmacy workers who were upset (i.e. rolling their eyes, being argumentative, etc) due to my complaint refused to answer the phone.
