This store used to have stellar customer service. It has gone down hill dramatically. After being put on hold for 45 minutes someone picked up only to say please hold. I finally went to the drive thru waited another 35 minutes get up to the window and the clerk walks away. The line behind me was to East Main Street. It took another 15 minutes for the clerk to come back to the window. He looked taken aback when I complained and offered not excuses or apologies.
