I had ordered a framed canvas online to be picked up in the store. When I got to the store the canvas was prepared but the frame was not attached. Everybody I talk to at the store was very helpful and tried to resolve the situation to the best of their ability. I ended up having to come back the next day because they didn’t have a frame in stock. They have horrible customer service and made me feel like i was stupid for them not having my prescription ready so i didnt enjoy my visit and will not use them again
