RecommendedStaff is caring and usually helpful. That being said, communication is spotty and lacks transparency. Also some of the clerks are difficult to understand. I truly appreciate them showing up every day!!! Thank you.
Been using this for 9 years now for our RX, and time to try CVS, 2 of my RX come up EVERY MONTH for Pharmacy review, and EVERY MONTH I have to come back, it's never ready, even after speaking to the Pharmacist. These 2 meds were specifically prescribed by my nephrologist, and I should not be delayed every time I get them renewed. Why can't they understand this is Safe, prescribed for a reason, and after 18 months, you would think they can get it right. Tired of this nonsense. Should not have to make 2 trips to pick up an RX.
Six days wasn’t long enough to fill a prescription.
They're horrible. I have twins and they mess their prescriptions up EVERY time. EVERY TIME! They look up date of birth and grab the 1st one and go. 2 different humans with 2 different names with 2 different socials. If it happens to me all the time, how many others are getting the incorrect medication. The incompetence is astronomical by far. Don't waste you time with this place. There are too many pharmacies out there.
Honestly you guys need better customer service at store #04719 located at 5297 state highway 121, the colony, Tx. I am couponer so I come in multiple times a week to different Walgreens. An assistant manager named Jalesha always seems to have a bad nasty attitude towards me making my experience horrible. I read the online reviews maybe corporate should check into this store that’s rated 2 stars.
