When I can go to a “local” pharmacy and pay $10 out of pocket for the exact same medicine Walgreens wanted to charge me $143 for, that says a lot. Walgreens is profit over people. I will never ever go back to Walgreens. Also, no way do I believe that the other pharmacy must get it cheaper at a different warehouse. Walgreens is all over the United States and they want you to believe a “local” pharmacy can get certain meds cheaper. Profit over person should be your new logo -

they have the worst customer service around! I got off the phone with cooperate yesterday to discuss this location. for one, if my medicine requires something with it, DO NOT tell me to park to come inside and get the over the counter medication just for the piece I need! I just left the drive thru with my prescription and will not go inside to buy unnecessary medicine when you know good and well you have what I need in the pharmacy! they have LOST prescriptions in the past. all my doctors request I switch companies because ... read more
Manager Yvonne became extremely rude when I showed her a very clear coupon code for pictures AND an example of it working online. Not only was she rude, but then proceeded to THROW them at me. Bless the staff that work there. As a matter of fact, on staff member said they were leaving because of this person. My elementary students have better knowledge of basic understanding and kindness than this manager.
2 years out of date in your Benton Arkansas Walgreens
They are constantly out of insulin!! Who runs out of insulin every single month!! I absolutely hate this pharmacy but unfortunately my insurance says I cannot go anywhere else.
ALWAYS GOOD SERVICE NEVER ANY PROBLEMS. MOST TIMES THEY HAVE WHAT I NEED
I ordered photos at 7:30 am. They were to be ready for pickup at 9 am. I waited until 12:30, calling on my way to the store just to double check that my order was ready. The employee informed me that the store is "out of photo paper," and they just hadn't felt it necessary to let me know, despite that my order was to be picked up hours before I made the phone call.
They were so rude to us at the benton walgreens and the pharmacist was hateful and wouldn't fill our script from the doctors. I leave and call the doctor and sure enough there is nothing wrong with the prescription just something wrong with walgreens themselves and the people they hire. I will never usethis pharmacy again.
I always have a good visit when I come to this Walgreen's, no long lines, the associates are friendly.
