I've had heart medication prescriptions for over two years. Today I went in and was told that I can only get 1 of them and the others cannot be refilled. I explained that I've had them for over two years, but like she does every other time, the woman behind the counter argued with me, pointing to the screen, telling me I only had one prescription. Called to renew Rx and went to pick it up a couple days later. Told me they had no record, then they found it but nothing had been done. Came back day or so later and was told doctor hadn’t responded. Came back day or so later and was told doctor changed Rx and they had to check it out. Haven’t been back, think I’ll go to doctor and get a Rx and go someplace else. The last 2 Rx I picked up they didn’t explain to me so I went to CVS for help. I’m not making this up believe me
How does the pharmacy let u leave with a perscription without paying for it and then the next time tell u that u owe them $43 for the prescription they forgot to ring up.
How does this pharmacy lose a prescription? Dropped a prescription off on Tuesday morning. Went on Wednesday afternoon to p/u and the prescription was lost! What the Heck!!
We had an incident at the 27975 Bradley Rd, Sun City, CA 92586 location. My father fell down while in the store. My mother was quite distraught and an employee named Olivia was very helpful. She helped calm my mother down and made sure my father was OK. She helped my father out to the car and made sure he could get in. He wasn't hurt but he does have health issues. Please thank Olivia for all of her help. She made an embarrassing situation for my father less so.
