They have implemented this new phonr ai who is obtuse and stalls for minutes before taking you to a representative. When I tried to refill my perscription, it couldn't find it, but the actual staff found it quickly. Super annoying.
The staff is confrontational. I've called and had been told one thing from one person and then the next time I called Beth in the pharmacy answered and was so rude. First she was talking to her Co workers while I was on the phone talking and she just cut me off and ignored me to talk to another employee then argued with me about what I was explaining to her that the previous person I spoke to told me something different.
