Now first off I’ve been using Walgreens for years to get my medications filled without incident but here lately this particular crew in the pharmacy has been testing my patience. Not all but a couple of the pharmacy techs need I serviced on what correct customer service is and how to talk to people. Don't call your customers and tell them their RX is ready, then when they get there to pick them up tell them they have to wait three days because the last time the RX was picked up was 3 days shy of a month. And tell your people at the counter, to be just a tad more polite, snark doesn't work with me. Oh and tell the manager when he's paged, good idea to answer it instead of keeping customers waiting
Nicole at the pharmacy counter or so rude and so nasty I don't know how she got a job there but definitely would not go back to that one
