I purchased a Green Dot prepaid Visa Card. The company is a fraud I cannot get access to my money. I went to Walgreens where I purchased the card. I will say the staff tried to help but they won't refund my money either. Walgreens need to pull all Green Dot cards from their shelf. Green Dot is a Scam! It's not just me. If you got to Facebook or Instagram they have bad experiences all the way around so it's not JUST me.
After 15 years of using this pharmacy, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I have had good experiences with one of the pharmacists recently, but the support staff is unfriendly, far from customer focused, and lacking in performance. It is annoying to go in to pick up a prescription and feel ignored or burdensome and then struggle with their lack of follow-through and communication skills.
Needed to pick up a prescription that was already filled. Pulled up to the pharmacy window right as the clock changed to 6:00pm (they close at 6). We didn't even get a courteous "I'm sorry, we just closed." The girl behind the window just gave a thumbs down, turned around, and walked away. What ever happened to basic customer service??
