Well im finding a new pharmacy, every month have to call them to order my seizure meds well time to fill they dont have it so if you have epilepsy dont use walgreens.

Spent 5 years in the navy as Coprsman (medic) so I'm aware of how a pharmacy can get a rush and get a little behind but this pharmacy is ridiculous. Every time they have a different excuse on why the wait time is what it is. I spent 54 mins on hold. Had time to drive across town and get there before they picked up the phone. Hire more help if that's the issue but I think it's the management. Something needs to be done ASAP. Just ridiculous
Terrible customer service. Never seen anything like it. In most instances employee actions will mimic management. I think it's time for scallops to corporate
Waited 30 mins in line to drop off a prescription and about an hour to pick it up so far. The drive through both times had about 3 cars ahead of me. There's 4 people working in there right now, I'm confused? New management is seriously needed.
Terrible!!!!!!! On hold for 23 minutes!
