Walgreens called me, I returned call. The lady I spoke to said she was the manager. She has bad customer service skills. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere once I pick up existing prescriptions. I have never had a manager speak to me in the tone she spoke to me. She told she couldn't fill my prescription my doctor had ordered. What right does she have to override what my physician has ordered. She definitely needs customer service classes. The phone system that's set up is ridiculous. 10 minutes of back and forth holds and robots taking the information only to be asked all of it again once i finally get through to an actually person.
