a bad time the female pharmacist is extremly rude there is a young man that works as a tech was extremley ice an very helpful an the male pharmacist was also very helpful
Great Service Pharmacy! I have always had trouble with drug stores until I began using Walgreens in Goodlettsville! This is a great store! It not only has a easy to use pharmacy but serves as my small grocery store also. I pick up bread milk etc. I love the the makeup area and buy all my seasonal items here. It is very clean and the never have to wait in line. Lots of items that are hard to find can be found here. Great sales!!
Do yourself a favor. The pharmacy is out of control. After my third episode in less than 3 weeks I feel I need to let my neighbors know. The automated machine telephoned me to make me aware my prescription was ready. When I drove 13 miles not only was my pres. not ready but not in stock. I came back 2 days later and waited approx. 35 min. behind several others. Everyone was voicing their opinions while 3 pharmacists stood unmoved by the vocal complaints. Rude Older male pharmacist The older male pharmacist that works there is rude, and apparently needs another job, or personality enhancement classes. I have also noticed that even when you Physician writes your prescription with several refills, Walgreens seems to never retain that info!!
