Some of the employees are rude and have no idea what Customer Service is. They do not know their own policies, sales or how to read the ads. Victoria thinks she is the CEO of Walgreens. And why is it so difficult to get a rain check? Also they do not label all the items that are sale and with points. It’s against any companies policy for employees to take advantage of sales before customers.
I use to like this Walgreens but if your store is giving bad service due to homophobic employees and you're allowing this to continue I'll be taking my services elsewhere. SMH
