This Walgreens pharmacy is criminally understaffed. The people are nice enough but how pleasant can they be when there’s upwards of 10 people in line at times. I’ve waited as long as 45 minutes and I’m sure there are times when it’s worse. Always one person working at a time which is shocking. If they have an issue with your prescription they don’t call you— you just find out when you arrive to pick up and have to wait again.
I give them two starts because staff has always been kind despite being over worked and understaffed. With other pharmacies closing they cannot handle the volume and it shows. Ive waited multiple days to get a script ready despite them Having it in stock which can be very frustrating when you really are in need of something but you can’t get it. Other local pharmacies are no better just a really sad situation
