The pharmacist’s behavior toward me was aggressive and hostile. She was in a hurry and tried to postpone giving me my medication until the next day because she wanted to close the pharmacy and leave. I insisted on receiving my medication today, as it’s not available at other branches and I don’t have time to return to this location since it’s far from me. My doctor sent in a prescription for a painful eczema flare up covering my entire neck and part of my face at 9am today to this Walgreens location, which later indicated it was processing and was in stock. At 1:30pm, I got an email saying there was an issue with my insurance and that they can’t fill the prescription until it’s resolved.
