Got an automated call about an insurance issue. Tried calling and waited on hold for 45 mins being repeatedly clicked over to hold (you can hear someone is doing it) before being hung up on. Now have to physically come in to resolve the issue even though it’s always a mess in there, and come back again to actually pick it up. Do yourself a favor, go to any other local pharmacy. Thanks Walgreens!
Line is always long and hours are worse than a local pharmacy. Zero upside in using Walgreens
