You have a customer service issue at your Smokeyhill Aurora CO location. Pharmacy tech is extremely rude. He was rude to several customers. The pharmacist actually kept calling the people he was rude to away and to her. I did speak to a manager as well. I've been a loooooong time customer but after this seriously going to check into moving all 5 my accounts to WalMart
The pharmacy people need to find a different job because they are terrible at working in a pharmacy.
Worst drive thru experience of my life. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes while 3 employees tried to assist one person. Went inside and there were 5 employees working...2 of them not doing anything. You need to be aware how many cars are waiting when you have customers taking too much time and have them come inside. But all is good...as I informed your store manager and was promptly informed that it happens and pretty much nothing will change. Except one thing...where I take my business will change...this store is horrible
