I came into today approximately around 2:00:pm. The cashier is about as friendly as a doorstop. This is not the first time she has waited on me and I feel she acts like I’m am inconvenience to her.I understand the times are hard right now but she should be grateful she has a job and greeting customers shouldn’t seem like a burden to her. Thanks.

Your automated answering system kicked me off the line after 15 minutes of waiting to talk to a pharmacist. I called back and was told that there were 4 calls ahead of me therefore my wait time would be the same as before. I tried to call the store to see if I could speak to a manager and was put on hold because the staff was answering other calls. I've now been on the phone for thirty minutes to get my dad's prescriptions filled even though he has refills left on the prescriptions we called in. I have MANY other things to d... read more

I'm definitely switching to CVS. Although it is a little further away I could actually make the drive, pick up the meds and be home in half the time. After repeatedly giving them chances of actually filling a prescription in a timely manner I've given up. I've absolutely never seen service this ridiculously slow in my lifetime. Its gotten worse through the years. Good luck anyone who will come here!
