This pharmacy lied about the amount of time to fill a prescription. They never called to say there was a problem with filling a medication. The tech was rude and offered no solution except , "the pharmacist is no available now". It took 7 hours and multiple phone calls to get a prescription filled that should have taken two hours. No one at the pharmacy was even the least bit interested in helping.
The lines are always so long and it takes forever at the pharmacy they need more people there
Over 15 years they have been good to me. A wait but where isn't there one.
Walgreens used to be top notch, but not so much anymore. I cannot get a store pharmacist (or tech) on the phone...it goes to a call center. The call center is friendly enough, but he said the pharmacy staff is busy but he could help me...this is the problem, even Walgreens apparently knows that they are too busy to help customers. Fortunately there is a CVS on the opposite corner...where the store's pharmacy staff still answers the phone!
