Abhorrent treatment by Jimmy at this Walgreens on 3-15-20. My 10 week old son is sick and I dashed up here and walked up at 8:59. The employee Jimmy refused to allow me in to get needed medicine for my sick son. I struggle to understand how Walgreens could employ people who treat their customers like that... Customers in need.
Agt Aron Jay Austin Doctors office sent in the prescription on 3 Jan, 2019. We went on a short trip to the mountains, we returned on 9th Jan, 2019 count the days. Still not one of my prescriptions was ready and filled. Not a single one. I get a txt alert stating: prescriptions are ready for pick up. I get there. And I'm advised they have to ORDER THE MEDS. What in the hell. Its been days already, now I have to go days again without a single med. I will not recommend Walgreens @ 3100 Thomas to anyone not even our PETS!
Made a mistake going to this store. Won't do it again. No service. They ignore you. Had all my prescriptions transferred to Walmart in Millington. Stange how the Walgreens in Millington is so much better. They actually treat you like a valued customer. The one in Frayser act like they are entitled to a patcheck without working.
