I was at your store tonight (Feb 6, 2020) and I was in the liquor department. Austin was at the register with 3 people ahead of me. I noticed his demeanor before I got to the register. When it was my turn, I got no greeting, no smile, not even eye to eye contact! When he rang me up, I had forgotten to put my number and and I said it out loud...Austin said nothing to me.
