Terrible pharmacy. Always on hold for 30+ minutes and then they hang up. Almost every time I’ve gone to pick up something there’s an issue where they printed something wrong and need 10 minutes and multiple staff to fix it and I’m left waiting there in the window. I don’t know if they just need more staff or what.
Terrible pharmacy experience. Either you get hung up on or the line in store is brutally long and slow. They either have too much coming in or poor management. Even if its a further drive, go somewhere else
Sat on hold with the pharmacy for over 30 minutes then I got hung up on. They just flat out NEVER answer phone calls. I then went in person to get help with my meds and the woman had a nasty attitude and kept rolling her eyes at me. After reading all the other reviews, it seems that this has been an issue with this pharmacy for over 6 months! If they just never answer their phone, how are people who can’t drive supposed to get help with their medications!?
Very disturbing experience at Walgreens. I found expired medicine still being offered for sale on the shelf and recorded video evidence. Selling or displaying expired medication is a serious public health and safety issue that could put customers at risk, especially elderly people, children, or anyone relying on medication for urgent health needs. I gave up. They've got more and more products under glass and not all the call buttons work. I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for each product, so I just abandoned my purchases and left.
