This pharmacy does what it wants. My nephew has seizures and is always a week late on getting his meds and always excuses that they are closed for some odd reason which isn't due to anything else but lack of employees wanting to work. Same think with my mother she was called to get her meds on Monday, only got half of her meds and they told her it would be done by Tuesday morning, my mom went over there again and for some reason staff transfered my mom's meds to another Walgreens without her consent. I went to request a prescription, and at first they couldn’t find it in the system. Now that they finally located it, they’re just starting to fill it. I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes, even though there’s no line. I find this really inconsiderate toward the patient.( nov 12 , 2025) 6:00 pm
This pharmacy is terrible! They’ll tell you on the phone that your prescription is “ready for pickup”, and then when you show up they either have no clue what you’re talking about, or they tell you they don’t have the medicine in stock, or they have it in stock but need “a few minutes” (aka 30-45 minutes) to fill it. I’ve had this exact experience there now 4 times in a row. Expect to wait 20 minutes before one of the three pharmacists on staff even glances your way.
