The pharmacy customer service is horrendous! I’m currently on hold for the fourth time, as each time after waiting 20 plus minutes someone at the store disconnects me from the call or they just push me back to a loop of the phone just continuously ringing and THEN the call gets disconnected. I shouldn’t have to wait this long to speak to a pharmacy rep! Maybe I need to go back to my local grocery stores pharmacy or even CVS!
