not enough staff!! When I call it takes about 15 minutes for someone to get on the phone
Long lines and understaffed!!!!!They short me 20 pills and then the pharmacist did not even apologize! When I said I think you owe me an apology she still didn’t apologize. She also didn’t listen to me, she has no compassion at all! When I spoke to the store manager he told me he was sorry and he would speak to her. He also is going to tell the pharmacy manager. At least somebody has compassion and is nice!
Disorganized. Unprofessional. Poor customer service.
Pharmacy is awful. They’ll answer phones & then hang up after holding for 10min, and prescriptions are always ready later than the time given.
