I have to jump through hoops MULTIPLE TIMES in order to fill Rx I have been using for years. Second month in a row I used their online refill process, days later no text alerting readiness, go online to check Rx Status, "there are none pending" I do it AGAIN. Same result. So, I call it in (going thru extra voice activated steps forced to listed to their commercials before I can wait on hold- 20 minutes at the earliest. Worst Walgreens in the entire metro area. New location or old, no difference.
This makes the second Walgreens I've been to today. First one in New Hope. On the front page of the ad says Liz Claiborne- BUY ONE GET ONE FREE- New Hope had ONE. Robbinsdale employee says (after searching her case) says Oh we don't carry that one -sometimes that's on-line only. I have NEVER gotten that product on line and I've been using this same cologne for over 5 years. If you advertise it then you SHOULD HAVE at least 2.
