I uploaded a photo online and ordered prints. I have tried twice to pick up my prints without success. The first time the photos were not ready even though my scheduled completion date was the day before. There was no one available to print the photo. The cashier suggested it was my fault for arriving prior to 8am. It was 7:45, the store opens at 7:00. The manager made no apology. Today I went back to get the prints. It was 7:50.
