Poor experience time after time at pharmacy
Lorenzo was the most helpful Walgreens employee I’ve ever talked to. Most of the time when I call a Walgreens pharmacy I wait on hold forever and then the person is trying to rush me off the phone. He helped pull a prescription for my child due to it being out of stock at my normal Walgreens. He offered to rush it so it would be ready within an hour instead of waiting all day. I wish he worked at the Walgreens in Hopkins.
Went for passport photos- Cedric was so incredibly friendly and helpful even when the store was busy and seemingly understaffed.
For the last 6 months, every month that I try to get my refill, they are “out of stock”. They always say they should get it within a day or two but not once have I ever gotten a call back or gotten the prescription filled until I call over and over again and get my doctor to write me a new prescription. I understand being out of stock but I would expect that they fill the prescriptions in the order that they’ve been waiting and that’s never happened.
