Poor experience time after time at pharmacy
Lorenzo was the most helpful Walgreens employee I’ve ever talked to. Most of the time when I call a Walgreens pharmacy I wait on hold forever and then the person is trying to rush me off the phone. He helped pull a prescription for my child due to it being out of stock at my normal Walgreens. He offered to rush it so it would be ready within an hour instead of waiting all day. I wish he worked at the Walgreens in Hopkins.
