The entire pharmacy employees are fantastic! Also, the employees up front are also fantastic! All in all, a great shopping experience!
I have found that the app has been acting up recently and I checked to make sure I had the latest version and I don’t need an update for it. Usually when I scan an item on the shelf it will bring me to the item and allow me to add it to my bag, or I can click and hold on the item to find where it is located in the store, as will as find if there are an deals and/or coupons for the item. I was able to scan the items in my cart using the Walgreens app and it suggested coupons/deals I could add to my rewards account and then applied those savings at checkout after I entered in my phone number associated to my Walgreens reward account. Also, Jacqueline at checkout was very personable and engaging and made me feel like a valued customer. Jacqueline and Mary are my favorite Walgreens employees that work the register and I always leave with a smile on my face after an encounter with either of them.
