The pharmacy never answers the phone! Expect a 10 min hold time
Made two trips to get a flu shot after work. Both times the night people kept telling me there's a charge. The second time I showed up after I called my insurance company who called during the day and told me to go back that second night and it should be 0. After wasting my time and patience two night's in a row and watching them misplace another person's pick up which they eventually found I get a call telling me to come back again, this time from a daytime person. This place is a good place to go too. The people there will help you find the things you can't find. They are the nices people too. �
I found this Walgreens clean, organized with plenty of items available. I was asked if I needed help a couple of times and said hi to by most of the staff. When I had to ask a question of the pharmacist it was quickly answerd.
The staff here is always so nice I love this location.
Don't to go into detail, but Nick (mgr) provided extraordinary service. He went above and beyond. So nice to get such (unfortunately rare) superior customer service. Thank you.
You had the stones to tell me to allow 3 business days to renew a prescription. The pharmacy is incompetent.
I just want to say that I am thankful for the Walgreens pharmacy staff at Snelling and Randolph. They have been very helpful to me this past year and always with smiles on their faces!
